In many areas USPS is struggling with sorting and delivering mail and packages because of the increased demand for shipping services and the reduced staffing available, related in part to COVID-19. This may affect your ability to track your package, or result in an extended delay in delivery. Pre-COVID, we observed delays occasionally of 1 to 2 extra business days. In recent months we are now observing an increasing number of packages being stuck in transit for several weeks. Our primary shipping method is through USPS as this is most economical for our customers. However, we strongly encourage anyone making a purchase that is at all time sensitive to explore the alternative shipping methods we offer, such as UPS.
Business days are defined as Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Business days do not include the date the order was received.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders received before 1:00 pm ET (Mon-Fri) or 10:00 am (Sat) will be shipped by the end of the day. If your order is placed after that time, it may be shipped the following business day. Estimated delivery time frames are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Please choose your shipping method carefully during checkout to ensure that your order arrives by the date you need it.
Please note that UPS orders ship only on business days.
If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend after receiving your tracking number that you use the "Change Delivery Instructions" option on the USPS website to update delivery preferences such as location to be left.
Please note that once we have handed your package to your shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it. We recommend you choose a shipping option that includes delivery insurance. We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date. If your package is running late we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier for an update. If your package arrives damaged or missing items you will need to contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim.
All ReThinkOil branded products are now eligible for International Shipping.
Some products may not be shipped to certain destinations due to restrictions. At this time, ReThinkNutrients and Klaire products are not available for International Shipping.
Any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country which are due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect these beforehand, and cannot estimate the cost because it varies widely. You will need to research this before placing an order. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
