All cancellation and return requests can be managed by logging into your account and viewing the order status page. Items in your order can be cancelled up until the time the order is fulfilled.
Please note that we fulfill most orders same day.
Products (opened and unopened) are eligible for to be returned for up to 90 days from when they were delivered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please submit return requests through your account.
DAMAGE OR LOST IN TRANSIT:
Email us with the details, including order number and photo, if damaged.
We will initiate the insurance claim on your behalf. Claims can take up up to 10 business days to process.
