Orders and Shipping

Ordering

Discounts on products are shown directly on the product page, or advertised in the banner at the top of the page if we are running a sale needing a discount code. You can also check rethinkoil.com/saleto see sale items.

ReThinkRewards members earn great discounts on their favorite products- to learn more check out ReThinkRewards.

Generally, no.

Retailers who offer free shipping have built the cost of that into their products, and you pay that upcharge whether you choose their economy free shipping or an upgraded shipping option. We instead charge shipping separately, which is more cost effective for the consumer especially if you are purchasing multiple products.

We also have negotiated discounted rates with our shipping carriers and pass those along, so your shipping charges are less than the retail rates.

We do occasionally offer free shipping during sales- sign up for our ReThinkNewsletter to get notifications for all future sales.

Rates vary depending on the weight of your package, the shipping speed, and the carrier you choose.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship through USPS and UPS. All orders are shipped via USPS unless an upgrade is chosen at checkout.

Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground include shipping insurance directly from those carriers for orders valued up to $100. USPS First Class does not come with shipping insurance unless requested. For shipping insurance for larger amounts, or for a different shipping method, please contact us directly before you place your order.

The insurance premium rates for domestic shipments are:

0.60 USD flat rate for 50 USD of coverage and under

0.75 USD per 100 USD of coverage.

The insurance premium rates for international shipments are:

1.00 USD flat rate for 50 USD of coverage and under

1.25 USD per 100 USD of coverage.

Pretty quickly!

If you place your order before 1:00pm Monday- Friday or 10:00am Saturday, your order will ship that day. All other orders will ship the next business day.

UPS orders ship Monday-Friday only.

You may receive a shipment tracking notification on a holiday or Sunday, but your order won't be given to the post office until the next business day.

We ship our orders from our warehouse in sunny/stormy Casselberry, Florida- just north of Orlando.

Before you place an order- please send us an email at info@rethinkoil.com to see if we can accommodate a request for a local pickup.

Sometimes packages get left in funny places by shipping carriers- behind flower pots, on a neighbors porch, under the bushes in the front yard... So it helps to know what you're looking for!

We ship the vast majority of our orders in an ivory colored poly mailer with a green logo on it that says "Eco Enclose." With padding, the smallest package you would receive from us would be about 4"x4"x6" and shaped like a cylinder. If you ordered one oil, this is the exact size. The package will be larger if you ordered multiple items.

Once we have handed your package to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it, but we do have some suggestions for locating missing packages!

First: Check your mailbox and front door/porch area. If you have a central shared mailbox, please check the parcel lockers. The package may be larger than you're expecting, because we use protective foam packaging.

USPS:

If you are not able to locate your package, you will need to contact your local post office. They will speak to your postal carrier and find out where exactly the package is- sometimes it is marked as delivered by mistake, is in a parcel locker, or was left in another location like a front porch or with a neighbor.

The most efficient way to contact them is to go in person or call them (you can find the phone number by searching Google for your specific location). You can also fill out a Missing Mail form on the USPS website, which will take 2-3 business days to get an email or phone call from your local post office. We ship all of our oils in protective foam packaging that is very effective at protecting our fragile glass and oil products. However, there are always extenuating circumstances that could cause damage. Please contact us directly at info@rethinkoil.com and include your order number, description of the damage, and photos of the packaging/product.
