INGREDIENTS
Steam-Distilled Oregano Essential Oil (1 part).
Organic PDO certified Kolymvari Olive Oil (4 parts).

APPEARANCE:
Cold temperatures may cause the oil to arrive in semi-solid form, just allow it to reach room temperature. Shake before each use.
Each 5 drops of Oil of Oregano 1:4 dilution = 1 drop of pure oregano oil and 4 drops of olive oil.
SUBLINGUAL USE: place 1 or more drops under the tongue and hold for 15 or more seconds. Spit or swallow and follow doses with water or another beverage. Repeat as needed throughout the day.
You can also add the desired drops directly to smoothies, juice or other consumables.
SMART DOSING TIPS:
Gradually increase the drops/doses (always giving yourself time in between increases to adjust). Whenever possible, split up dosing at different times throughout the day instead of taking the entire dose at once.
OIL PULLING:
Mix 3-5 drops (or more) of oil of oregano into 1 tablespoon of coconut or other edible oil. Swish/pull mixture in mouth for the desired time (up to 2 minutes), then spit and rinse mouth with water. Repeat as needed. Never swallow oil pulling mixture.
SKIN CONDITIONS:
To spot treat, apply a small amount directly to problem areas: acne, cold sores, fever blisters, dermatitis, etc.
WOUND HEALING:
Apply full strength to cuts and scrapes as needed.
A stinging sensation may be experienced. If bothersome, add more carrier oil to dilute. Do not apply to open, gaping, bleeding or oozing wounds.

Oregano can be used topically and orally.
