At this time, we have lifted our temporary purchase quantity restrictions. We are working diligently with our suppliers to be able to continue to provide our origanum minutiflorum.
We have temporarily adjusted our shipping policy- orders must be received by 12:00 pm ET Monday-Friday and 8:00am Saturday to ship out the same day. All orders received after that time will ship the following business day. All orders ship from our Orlando, Fl warehouse.

USPS® Updates: Expected Delivery Changes

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Customers will continue to receive improved product tracking and as much as $50 in free insurance.

Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, and one-day service commitments for Priority Mail will not change.
UPS Updates: Expected Delivery Changes
The majority of our services continue with the same expected delivery time-frames our customers have come to expect.  While we have suspended our Service Guarantee, in light of overall Coronavirus uncertainties, we remain committed to providing timely and reliable service.
FedEx Updates: Expected Delivery Changes
As of June 12, 2020: FedEx Ground service delays in Michigan due to high volume

We arecommitted to providing service to the best of our ability and offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by these delays. FedEx has suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice.  We’ve suspended Signature Required for most shipments.
