General Information
This ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program is brought to you by ReThinkOil. Participation and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. ReThinkOil assumes no liability for any user's participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her state. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at www.rethinkoil.com and rewards may only be earned and redeemed on www.rethinkoil.com
Earning Rewards
The ReThinkRewards Program is available to all ReThinkOil Users. A user will accumulate Leaf Tokens for the following actions relating to his or her account as set forth below:
100 Leaf Tokens = Creating a ReThinkOil account.
250 Tokens = 250 Tokens can be earned by providing your birthday within your ReThinkRewards account. This will be awarded yearly on the users birthday.
5 Leaf Tokens = for every $1 spent on the purchase of a product, but not for any amount spent on taxes or shipping costs. For the avoidance of doubt, Leaf Tokens are only earned for money actually spent on the product, not for the amounts of any discounts or payment by gift card. If an order is cancelled, any Leaf Tokens awarded for the purchase will be cancelled. If a product is returned, ReThinkOil reserves the right to cancel the Leaf Tokens awarded for the purchase of such Product.
500 Tokens = Review a product on the www.rethinkoil.com website (see "Reviewing a Product" below).
100 Tokens = Follow ReThinkOil on Instagram
100 Tokens = Like ReThinkOil on Facebook
100 Tokens = Share ReThinkOil’s Facebook page
Referring a Friend: A User may refer a new User to the ReThinkRewards program. The referring User will receive a $20 discount code when the User they referred makes their first purchase using their referral link. The referred User will be provided a discount code for $10 off of their first purchase. If the User has checked out as a guest before or entered their email in any capacity, they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.
From time to time, ReThinkOil may temporarily amend the Leaf Token reward equations, without notice to the users.
A user only earns Leaf Tokens based on activity on and via the ReThinkOil website.
Users may opt to purchase products without using their Leaf Tokens. Users will be able to check the amount of Leaf Tokens accumulated in their account by opening the ReThinkRewards widget and logging in.
Users may not redeem or exchange accumulated Leaf Tokens for cash.
Users may not give/donate/transfer/share their Leaf Tokens to another User’s account.
ReThinkOil specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program, or any specific User's participation in the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program, if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program, as determined by ReThinkOil in its sole discretion. In addition, ReThinkOil reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific User's participation in the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program if ReThinkOil suspects that such User is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire, accumulate or spend Leaf Tokens including, but not limited to, by a User creating multiple Rewards accounts, false referrals, etc.
Reviewing a Product
Reviews of a ReThinkOil product on the ReThinkOil website will be reviewed for legitimacy and for language. As a result, it may take several (up to 30) days before reviews are posted on the ReThinkOil website and Leaf Tokens are credited to a user’s account. Reviews that are posted will not be edited or changed for content, but they may be edited to correct spelling mistakes, type-o’s, glaring grammatical errors, etc. and/or to shorten the length.
ReThinkOil reserves the right to reject reviews that it deems (in its sole discretion) to be of no value, or in violation of the ReThinkOil Terms of Service, and therefore no Leaf Tokens will be rewarded for such reviews.
Redeeming Leaf Tokens
Leaf Tokens may only be redeemed on www.rethinkoil.com. Leaf Tokens may only be redeemed for a discount off the purchase price of an item. Leaf Tokens may not be redeemed for payment of taxes or shipping costs. Unless otherwise indicated by ReThinkOil, Leaf Tokens may not be redeemed in conjunction with discounts or offers granted by ReThinkOil. ReThinkOil may limit the number of Leaf Tokens which may be redeemed at one time. Users must accumulate 500 Leaf Tokens before being eligible to redeem Leaf Tokens. Users with less than 500 Leaf Tokens will not be able to redeem those Leaf Tokens until they have acquired at least 500 Leaf Tokens. Users wishing to redeem Leaf Tokens will receive $5 off the purchase price of their order in redemption of 500 Leaf Tokens. Users may choose to not redeem their Leaf Tokens at 500 and let their Leaf Tokens build up to be redeemed at 1,000 Leaf Tokens for $10 or 2,000 Leaf Tokens for $20. When the user does decide to redeem their Leaf Tokens, those tokens will thereby be deducted from the User's count of Leaf Tokens. The system will update the User’s remaining Leaf Tokens immediately after Leaf Tokens are redeemed. Tokens are redeemed for a $5, $10, or $20 coupon code. Reward coupons must be used on orders with a value equal to or greater than the value of the reward coupon. A $5 coupon must be used on an order that is equal to or greater than $5, a $10 coupon must be used on an order that is equal to or greater than $10, and a $20 coupon must be used on an order that is equal to or greater than $20. Leaf Tokens cannot be applied to prior purchases or for the purchase of ReThinkOil eGift Cards. ReThinkOil may determine, in its sole discretion, to restrict the redemption of Leaf Tokens with respect to certain products. Other ReThinkOil restrictions may apply.
Expiration ofLeaf Tokens
Each Leaf Tokens will expire one (1) year after being earned, if not redeemed prior to the expiration date. ReThinkOil reserves the right to extend the expiration date, in its own discretion, on an individual user basis.
Account Information
You may view your account activity online at www.rethinkoil.com. The information you provide will be handled in accordance with the ReThinkOil privacy policy available at www.rethinkoil.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Termination
Participation in the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program is a privilege granted to ReThinkOil users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by ReThinkOil for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued Leaf Tokens and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.
Program Changes
ReThinkOil reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program, to amend these Terms of Service, or to terminate the ReThinkOil ReThinkRewards Program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: a) govern Leaf Tokens earned on and after the date of the change; or b) change the value of already accumulated Leaf Tokens. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on the ReThinkOil website and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in such notification.
